Valuable Assistance
Last November I joined a group of bikers at Mount Dora in a 100 miles ride with the hope of testing myself before La Vuelta in Puerto Rico. I was "smoked" by everybody in that group. No matter how fast I pedaled, I saw in pain the peloton getting away. At the end of the day, Coach Kameel asked me if I did a bike fitting. To be honest at that time, I had no clue of what he was talking about. Last week, I met Coach Kameel for a bike fitting. I can tell you in honor to the truth; he pointed my weak spots, and in an accurate manner, fit my bike so effective that the next day, I shaved 3 minutes of my best time in a 16 miles route. Not only that, when I got home, I felt so good that I took in a 5 miles run/power walk. Thanks Coach Kameel for your valuable assistance.
